What is included in my monthly subscription?
All the while your subscription is active, you have unlimited online access to the entire Perfect Subliminal catalogue, plus additional access to an ever-expanding range of members-only titles. You also have access to free Live Chat Support should you wish to discuss something with us in real-time.

What isn't included?
The only products not included in the monthly membership are our 5-disc multi-audio sets, Harmonize With The Laws Of The Universe and Business Booster.

Do I have to listen on my computer, or can I use my tablet or smart phone?
The Members Area is accessible on Mac, PC, iPad, iPhone and the majority of Android devices. There are currently no known issues.

Can I listen offline or do I need to be connected to the internet?
This is a streaming service, so you will need an internet connection to access and play each title. There is nothing to download to your computer, and everything you need is contained within the Members Area.

Do I get instructions for each product?
Yes. Each product page gives you access to the relevant documentation, as well as a general overview of the product itself. There is also a conveniently placed 'Statement Of Intent' on each page (where necessary).

How do subscriptions work, and if I decide to cancel, can I join again in the future?
The subscription service is very flexible. Each $9.99 payment is processed securely by PayPal and gives you full access to the Members Area for 30 days. You will be charged automatically each month until you cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the service until the current 30 day period ends, after which time you will still be able to log in to the Members Area, but the catalogue will be locked. To unlock the service again, you can simply log in to the Members Area using your existing username/password and then re-subscribe.

What kind of Free Live Support do you offer to members?
Live Support is available for help with any aspect of our service, from holistic and product specific advice to technical support.
